We have a blog
Yep, Everywhere's Local now has a blog. To be honest, I am actually the one that has a blog, but I post for the company. So I guess I have a blog, and the company speaks through me. I'm an medium for the company.
Now I'm sure many of you our there are reading this and wondering "why do you use another company?" Well, we could've just created one on our own site, afterall everyone at our company is either a programmer or very computer literate, but let's face it... Google... I'm sure you've heard of them? They're a little search engine company on the web. Well, they own Blogspot (blogger.com). So I figured they'd index this also.
So here we are... A blog here.
To be honest, we decided to put it here for the main reason of exposure, along with other little tidbits of information about what we're up to. Everywhere's Local will have it's own little informational pages, almost like a blog, on our site.
But, when we outright search for a term on our pages on google, put quotes around it, and we're listed on page 10 in the search results, with 100 results shown per page, and the prior pages didn't even contain the exact phrase, we're hoping this might just give us a bit more exposure of a higher ranking. Not to mention a user-friendly interface for our users!
